The goal of Amber Blues is to explore all genres of music and fuse them into their own original sound. The three of them come from very diverse musical and ethnic backgrounds, which heavily contributes to their creative process. Because of their musical diversity, they are able to cater to any venue, environment or audience taste. Amber Blues’ music is constantly evolving, innovative and completely original; often described as familiar yet different and fresh. The sound can be described as new classic rock, or a form of pop/rock...with infusions of funk, blues, reggae, latin and more. Amber Blues lyrics explores topics that revolve around the concept of evolving in situations where there are no answers, having the passion and heart to hold out, as well as exploring and finding new paths. The band's debut album, entitled, “A Year and Some Days”, was completed in October 2007, and released in January 2008. They are currently working on their second studio album. |
